My Personality

Input

• "People exceptionally talented in the Input theme have a need to collect and archive. They may accumulate information, ideas, artifacts or even relationships." This strength comes in handy when someone needs information. I am really good at remember small details and random facts that could be beneficial later in the future. I use this strength to keep things that interest me and it allows me to share information that may later be valuable.  

Positivity

• "People exceptionally talented in the Positivity theme have contagious enthusiasm. They are upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do." This strength allows me to uplift others and keep a positive attitude about a situation. Positivity energy is very contagious and allows me to spread this light feeling to others. I use this strength to encourage other that the glass is half full. 

Empathy

• "People exceptionally talented in the Empathy theme can sense other people’s feelings by imagining themselves in others’ lives or situations." This strength allows me to see others' perspectives when making a decision. It helps me create an inclusive environment and allows me to relate more to others. I use this strength to give a voice to those who may have a difficult time expressing their emotions. 

Harmony

• "People exceptionally talented in the Harmony theme look for consensus. They don’t enjoy conflict; rather, they seek areas of agreement." This strength allows me to be the "peace maker". I use it to create a solution that most people could be satisfied with. It also means that I'm more willing to compromise in order to reach a solution that I will also be happy with. 

Connectedness

• "People exceptionally talented in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links among all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has meaning." This strength allows me to give other hope when something may not go as planned. When unexplainable things occur, it gives me and my friends the peace that everything is happening the way it is supposed to.
