Why Reflect?

I find reflection to be a key component to growth. Through the reflections I've written, I've discovered more about myself and how I can improve in certain instances.

Through reflection, I've found out new information about myself.  I've been able to see what I've gained through some experiences, and I'm grateful to always be learning.
